Policies

  • Payment

    We only accept cards or cash as a form of payment. Apple Pay is accepted. Please no other third-party payments such as Cashapp, Venmo, Zelle, or PayPal.

  • Deposit

    A 50% deposit is required upon booking. The remaining balance will be due at the time of appointment.

  • Cancellations

    Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours before the appointment. Any cancellations made after that will result in your deposit being lost.

  • Tardiness

    We have a 15-minute late policy. If you are over 15 minutes late, we will cancel your appointment, and you will lose your deposit.

    No call/No Shows deposit will be forfeited. If unable to charge the card on file, the client will be banned from booking.

  • Refunds

    No refunds, no exceptions. The time and product used cannot be replaced.

  • Touch-ups

    If premature lash loss were to happen within 72 hours. A complimentary touchup may be scheduled.

  • Guests

    Please no extra guests.

  • Preparation

    Clean lashes, no makeup, no caffeine
