Do I need to pay a deposit to book?

Yes, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit goes towards your total and ensures your spot is reserved just for you. The remaining balance is due at your appointment.

When do books open?

Books open on the 15th of every month for the following month's appointments. For example, December appointments open on November 15th. Early booking is encouraged! Spots fill up fast!

What forms of payment do you accept?

I accept card, cash, and Afterpay (in person only). Please note: Third-party payments, such as Venmo, CashApp, PayPal, and Zelle, are not accepted. All payments must be made directly by the client booked.

How often should I get a fill?

Fills are recommended every 2-3 weeks to maintain fullness and keep your lashes healthy. To qualify as a fill, you must have at least 40% of your extensions remaining. Anything less may be charged as a full set or require rescheduling.

What's included in a fill?

Each fill includes a lash cleanse, safe removal of outgrown extensions, and reapplication of fresh lashes to maintain your desired look. Please arrive with clean lashes, free of makeup, oils, or residue, to ensure the best retention possible.

How should I care for my lashes after my appointment?

Healthy lashes start with proper aftercare, and we make it easy for you! Each new client receives a complimentary lash aftercare kit, thoughtfully curated to help you protect your investment and maintain that fresh, fluffy look. Your kit includes a gentle, sensitive lash shampoo, mini fan, cleansing brush, aftercare card and everything you need to keep your lashes feeling clean, soft and beautiful between visits. Extra aftercare kits are available for purchase in the studio. 

What if I'm running late or need to cancel?

Please give at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Arriving 15+ minutes late may result in a shortened service or rescheduling, and your deposit will be forfeited. 

Can I bring someone with me?

To keep the studio calm and relaxing, no extra guests or children are allowed during your appointment.
